Guidelines for Customers and Laurel Mountain  Homes to follow for the immediate future

• TO VIEW HOMES ALL CUSTOMERS MUST REGISTER AT OFFICE

•  Every one Looking at Model Homes will be Required to wear a mask and Preferably Gloves

• We will provide gloves for anyone requesting them

• Only one family in a home at a time

• Hand sanitizer is Located in the office

• We ask you to limit the contact you have inside the home, such as door handles, countertops, furniture and décor items…etc. 

• We will clean and disinfect door handles and homes regularly for your safety

• Check back into the office once you have finished touring the models to set-up an appointment to spec out your future home. 

• All appointments will be scheduled as to limit the amount of people into sales center at any time
